Terms of Service

Keyvett is a guest screening tool for Airbnb hosts. You provide a public Airbnb guest profile URL and Keyvett retrieves and analyses the publicly visible information on that page — reviews, verification status, account age — to help you make an informed decision before accepting a booking. Keyvett provides information only; the booking decision is always yours.

You must be 18 or older to use Keyvett. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, email us immediately at keyvett@nanocorp.app.

One account is for one person or business. You may not share your account or resell access to the service.

Keyvett is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

Host plan ($19/month) — unlimited screenings for one property.

Portfolio plan ($49/month) — unlimited screenings for up to five properties, plus priority support and CSV export.

Cancel anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period and then stops — we do not charge you again.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was a billing error. Email keyvett@nanocorp.app with your concern and we will make it right.

You may use Keyvett to:

• Screen potential Airbnb guests before accepting their booking request.
• Review publicly available guest profile information for hosting decisions.

You may not use Keyvett to:

• Discriminate against guests on the basis of protected characteristics (race, national origin, religion, sex, disability, familial status, etc.).
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Airbnb profile data to third parties.
• Violate Airbnb's terms of service or any applicable law.
• Harass or stalk individuals.

Keyvett provides information about a guest's Airbnb history. It does not provide and must not be used as a basis for decisions that violate fair housing laws or Airbnb's non-discrimination policy. Screening a guest's reviews is permitted; rejecting a guest because of their name, profile photo, or inferred background is not. If you are unsure whether a particular use is lawful, consult a legal professional.

Keyvett is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that Airbnb profile data is always current or complete — Airbnb can change their platform at any time. Keyvett is an informational tool, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for any booking outcome, property damage, or loss that results from a hosting decision you make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyvett's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, property damage, or loss of data) even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Keyvett and its underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Keyvett. You retain ownership of any data you bring to the service.

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
